What does the full participation registration fee include?

The full participation rate ($375 early bird / $475 after Nov. 15) is an all-inclusive price that covers hotel lodging, all retreat programming, meals, and attendant care services as needed. This rate is available only to participants who attend the full retreat, including all sessions, meals, and overnight stays.

Why is full participation required for the discounted rate?

The Leadership Retreat is designed as a complete, immersive experience. Full participation allows us to offer a significantly reduced rate while maintaining the quality, accessibility, and integrity of the program. The discounted rate cannot be applied to partial attendance or combined with itemized pricing.

How are hotel rooms arranged?

Participants stay in shared hotel rooms. Rooming participants together is an intentional part of the retreat and plays an important role in the community-building and relationship-building that happens throughout the weekend.

Can I request a private hotel room?

Yes. If you prefer not to share a room, please contact us in advance to discuss availability. Private rooms are available at an additional cost of $160 per night.

What if I need to pay for individual components instead of the full package?

Participants who do not attend the full retreat must be charged the actual cost of each component. Itemized pricing is listed above and includes lodging, meals, attendant care services, and workshops by day.

Can I get an itemized invoice for reimbursement or external payment?

Absolutely. If you need an itemized invoice for reimbursement, employer payment, or another funding source, contact us at stephanie@disabilityempowhernetwork.org and we’ll be happy to help.

What are the prices for individual components?
If a participant prefers to pay for individual components instead of the full package, we are required to charge the actual

cost of each item as follows:

Lodging: $160 per night
Attendant Care Services: $100 per day
Meals: 6 meals provided at $50 each
Workshops & Activities:
- Day 1 = $125
- Day 2 = $250
- Day 3 = $100

Please note: The $475 full participation rate cannot be applied to partial attendance or used in combination with itemized pricing.
