EmpowHer Expressions

EmpowHer Expressions is a public speaking and career coaching program for disabled women to improve their public speaking, soft skills, and confidence in order to achieve career goals and succeed in the working world.

 

Throughout the program, the class of 10 women meet with, learn from, and are mentored by successful disabled women. EmpowHer Expressions is a 8 week virtual program where participants have weekly 30 minute 1-on-1 mentoring meetings, assignments, and 90 minute virtual classes every Monday 7pm to 8:30pm ET starting October 7, 2024 and running for the duration of the program.

Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be 18 years old or older 

  • Be a citizen of or live in the United States

  • Have goals which become achievable through our program

  • Be willing to fundraise $160 to demonstrate their commitment to the program

  • Be a disabled woman or gender diverse individual comfortable in a feminine-aligned space
