Stephanie Woodward is a disability rights attorney, CEO of Disability EmpowHer Network, Chair of New York's State Rehabilitation Council for ACCES-VR, and a disabled former college student who utilized disability services herself. She previously worked for Senator Tom Harkin, author of the ADA, has helped shape disability rights policy at the local, state, and federal levels, and has consulted with more than 100 organizations on accessibility, disability inclusion, and student success.

Sophie Poost serves as Director of Programs for Disability EmpowHer Network and previously led the internship program at the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). She also worked in higher education and brings extensive experience supporting disabled students as they transition from high school to college, employment, and leadership opportunities.
